6 Questions to Rethink the Way You Add Value

As I mentioned in my recent podcast episode, Adding Value in Today’s Venture Capital Market with Peterson Ventures’ Ben Capell, I have been doing a lot of thinking about how I can add differentiated value to our MergeLane portfolio. I’m asking myself six questions to that end. Since these questions can be revised to be relevant to anyone who mentors, advises, invests, or manages, I thought I’d share them.
