Broadening the On-ramp for Women-run Companies

Episode 23: Working from Home | Balancing Guilt and Productivity, and Other Lessons from My 15-Year Experience

I’ve been working from home for the past 15 years. I have learned a lot about maximizing productivity, finding work/life harmony, managing home life, staying fit and maintaining a healthy marriage while working from home. I’ve shared some of these lessons learned and sourced some tips from our MergeLane network in this Fund81 podcast episode.

As a mentioned in the podcast, the work I’ve done through Conscious Leadership and in understanding the Enneagram, has made the biggest impact in my ability to create a spacious life for myself. If you aren’t familiar, check out Leadership.Camp and take the RHETI test to dip your toes into the Enneagram.
